Your Online Meeting Room allows for up to 6 tiles to be seen at one time. This doesn't mean your meeting is limited to 6 people. You can have up to 100 online participants and up to 100 phone participants. The 6 tiles displayed in the main window of your online meeting room are the 5 most recent active speakers and the host.
To view a full list of participants on your conference click "chat" at the top of the screen, then "participants". Here you will be able to view all participants. Participants who raise their hand will be at the top. You can also mute and unmute participants from this window.
