If you are unable to share your screen we recommend the following:
- Are you using Google Chrome on a computer? Check that your browser is up to date by copying and pasting this link into your Google Chrome browser address bar: chrome://settings/help
- If it is was not up to date, then exit the meeting, update to the latest version and rejoin the conference call.

- Are you using our desktop application? Check that this is up to date.
- If it is was not up to date, then exit the meeting, update to the latest version and rejoin the conference call.

- Are you using an Android device? Unfortunately, it isn't possible to share your screen using an Android phone or tablet. However, you can upload a document to the chat and use the 'doc share' feature.
- Are you using an iOS device (iPhone or iPad)? Unfortunately, it isn't possible to share your screen using an iPhone or iPad. However, you can upload a document to the chat and use the 'doc share' feature.
