How do I access and view transcriptions?

*Note that this is a premium feature. Check with your account admin to verify if you are subscribed. 

All calls that are recorded will automatically be transcribed. 

There are 2 ways to access these transcriptions, 

1) Go to the 'Meetings' tab on top of your account dashboard page.

Then click on the 'Past' tab on the bottom left of the page.

Next, you can select the call you want to view the transcription for and click on it.

Finally, there will be a transcription tab on the top right of the recording page.

2) You can click on the 'Recordings' tab to also get to the recording. Like method 1, the transcription tab will be on the top right of the recording page.

Note: transcriptions can take up to a few hours on average to show up in your past summaries in your account dashboard.
